Sam Bond is a medical illustrator, web/e-learning content developer, and interactive designer. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master's of Science in Biomedical Visualization (BVIS) in May of 2016. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Sam graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2014 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Scientific Illustration. In order to educate both general and specific audiences on complex content in a wide variety of subjects, she strives to fit the audience's needs in terms of engagement, understanding, and visual beauty of educational tools. Her work can educate not only medical students and practicing medical professionals, but patients as well, providing a comfortable and educational experience for each audience.

Having received a certificate in New Media from the University of Georgia, her work often seeks to combine the informative static image with modern interactivity, creating efficient and engaging education for all levels.

In the past, she has worked as a teacher, a web programmer, a textbook illustrator, a commissioned artist, and has had a wide variety of background leadership experiences that allow for clear client communication and unique projects.
